Centrally located for day trips to ‘Great Ocean Road & 12 Apostles’ & for exploring our region: Lakes Bullen Merri & Purrumbette, Mt Leura, just to name a few… The space ‘Leura Maar’, a welcoming Californian Bungalow style home offering, *bedrooms 1 & 2 - queen size beds. *bedroom 3 - double size bed. all bedrooms have ceiling fans, bedlinen, blockout blinds, bath towels & electric blankets. Additional panel heaters are available. The kitchen is fully equipped: including Nespresso coffee pod machine, air fryer, rice cooker, microwave, toastie press etc: with basic kitchen staples to get you started: including tea, coffee/pods, milk etc. The light filled lounge & dining area has a wall mounted split system for heating & cooling, comfy leather recliners, a 55” smart tv and a variety of games and puzzles are in the tv cabinet. There is an additional separate sitting room with a dedicated work space and a selection of books to read & wi-fi connected. Enjoy the outdoor entertainment area with a bbq and a cheeky glass, of your choice…. ‘Leura Maar’ has a long driveway to park your work vehicles or boat if up for a fishing * Please note ‘Leura Maar’ is NOT EV (electric vehicle) compliant or compatible. Camperdown has 2 EV (electric vehicle) charging stations 750 meters from ‘Leura Maar’ in Bath Street, just behind the Hampden Hotel. Guest access *‘Leura Maar’ is fully self contained and you will have sole occupancy during your stay. Price is for a total of 5 guests, please include the number in your booking. *There is a step within the house, steps at the front veranda and the shower is over the bath. Please consider these before booking if they may be an issue. *Unfortunately we are not equiped to cater for infants under 2, but you are more than welcome to bring your own port-a-cot. Other things to note ‘Leura Maar’ is perfectly located for a picturesque scenic day trip to the iconic ‘Great Ocean Road’, where you can explore ‘The 12 Apostles Food Artesian Trial’ on the way. Sampling a range of spirits at the ‘Timboon Railway Shed Distillery‘, indulge in the delicious ice creams at ‘Timboon Ice Creamery’, tantalise your taste buds at ‘Gorge Chocolates’ and ‘The Fudge Farm’, with many more places to discover on your day of exploring! Drive to the lovely seaside village of Port Campbell and go for a dip in the ‘Great Southern Ocean’, visiting ‘The 12 Apostles’ for breathtaking photos, before returning to ‘Leura Maar’. Maybe another day’s adventure to ‘Keayang Maar’ a local winery at Dixie for wine tasting and a bite to eat. Visit Camperdown’s ‘Tourist Information Centre’ located in the historic ‘Court House’ to discover more treasures of the Western District.
