Beautiful Apartment on Rue Montorgueil, Paris Center

Charming 37 square meter apartment in the heart of Paris, on the famous and lively Rue Montorgueil. In very good condition, the central location is ideal for visiting Paris. Nice room, kitchen open to living room, on the 5th floor without elevator, the apartment is very functional. Ideal for a single person or couple. Fully equipped, this is my primary residence that I occasionally make available to guests. The space The apartment consists of: * a bedroom with a large double bed, storage and a window overlooking a quiet courtyard with blackout shutters; * a bathroom with bathtub, storage, closets and large mirrors; * separate toilet; * an equipped kitchen open to the elegant and bright living room, containing two sofas, one of which converts into a double bed and TV (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.), table and coffee table, cupboards and storage. This is my primary residence that I make available from time to time. During your stay, there will be some of my things stored in the bedroom closets. But there is plenty of room.
