Old house in romantic Brittany

Old house renovated in ecological materials, ideally located between Rennes and St Malo. Fresh in summer, it has a large living room with equipped kitchen, a living room with games and children's books (3-5 years), 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets. Our maisonette is a small peaceful haven in the countryside between Rennes and Dinan. Old (dated at least 1619), with exposed beams and stones, a garden of 500 m2, in a very quiet hamlet, completely renovated in an ecological spirit (healthy materials coated earth, hemp lime). Board games, bds, and books on site There is a greenhouse, some fruit trees and beautiful flowers, and a shaded outdoor wooden dining table. Our child was born in 2019: his toys are available (swing, bicycles, balls, legos, cars, books, etc.) Ideal for couples with young children who want to enjoy nature and visit, in an ecological atmosphere The stove will not be available but the heaters work perfectly and are enough:) One more thing: for people with allergic rhinitis, we have an indoor air purifier that filters all allergens (hepa filter).:) it changes life! The bedrooms have an area of 12 m2 and are crossed by a main beam which is 1.70 m high and supports the other beams and ceiling, which is 2.20 m high. A small road borders the house, but it is not used much. Due to the heavy rains of spring, the roof of an area is reinforced by a tarpaulin, but it does not concern the dwelling at all. Due to this visual inconvenience, the price has been reduced.;) Guest access You will have access to the ground floor (entrance, toilet, kitchen, living room) and the first floor where the bedrooms and bathroom are located. Other things to note Two toilets, including one dry toilet. Fruits and vegetables and aromatic herbs from the garden available :) (tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, melons, tarragon, parsley, lemon balm, blackberries, elderberry, thyme, sage, raspberries and strawberries, apples, pears and plums) Small price drop for the night because part of the roof is partially covered pending work. but all the fundamentals are there: the house is well sealed, the garden welcoming, the games available to entertain children from 2 to 99 years old and the children's hut in the greenhouse with aromatic herbs and everything necessary for apprentice visual gardeners :) - photos added at the end (easel, brushes, vegetable ink).
