A queen bed with soft, cozy & fresh linens await you. The 2nd bed is the sofa in the main living room can be used for sleeping but it does not pull out. Appliances & added extras will make a quick meal at home effortless. Full size fridge, microwave, and electric stove/oven. Flat screen tv, updated wifi and the comfort of heat and air-conditioning are at your fingertips. The kitchen is well equipped with the tools you need to cook a meal and plenty of storage. Greenwich Cove is perfect for solo travelers & couples, it is not recommended for children. This home is on the second floor (15 steps) and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The other exit foyer is a shared entry, we do not offer a key, you'd have to use the back door to re-renter. Other things to note Bedroom window has an old fire escape which is home to local pigeons. This street is thriving with small businesses. There is some potential for noise at night from usual cars driving by to people walking by. TV is self stream utilizing a roku. Free apps can be downloaded for watching news, movies etc. No paid apps are provided. Laundry is 1/2 mile down the road in the Starbucks plaza.
