Walk to everything west Asheville has to offer. This craftsman style 100 year old two bedroom is in the middle of it all. There is a wood burning fireplace, original wood floor, full kitchen and brand new appliances. Everything is close by within 5-10 minute drive. Restaurants, bars, shopping are just outside steps away. Although it is so close to everything, the house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. A great neighborhood and very walkable. Other things to note We allow dogs at the house. The fee is $150 for the first pet and $50 for any additional pet for the entire stay. Please make sure to keep your pets off the furniture. If your pets are used to being on the furniture please bring extra sheets or blanket for them. If we find pet hair on the furniture, we will charge an additional $200 for cleaning. This is because we want to make sure it is cleaned for the next guests in the case that they are allergic.
