You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. Tree themed throughout. The apartment is basically all downstairs rooms. Wall bed in the front bedroom can be lifted up to creat more space/ bigger lounge area. The apartment is close to beach, Great Orme , promenade, town centre, cafes, restaurants and most attractions. The heart of Snowdonia is only a short drive away. You will be the only guests when you visit. 24 hour free parking close by. Please look at the layout photo before booking. The space Apartment Plus - please look at the plan in the photos. It shows the second bedroom is separate from the main apartment. Apartment Plus, is all rooms downstairs of the cottage. The main bedroom is at the back of the cottage and has the kitchen, shower room/ toilet, and garden off it. It has a Kingsize bed. The second bedroom is at the front. It has a double bed. The stairs ( to host’s accommodation on 2nd landing) separate the two guest bedrooms. There is a second guest toilet ( on the first landing) for guests using the front bedroom - for night and early morning use. Guests sleeping in the front room will not have to disturb guests in the back room at night to get to the bathroom. In the kitchen there is a table top oven with two hob rings, combination microwave and a camping type hob. There is no standard cooker. Also, toaster, kettle, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, and pans. Dishwasher. Tea, coffee and milk available. The shower/toilet room is just off the kitchen. Washing machine and drier NOT for guest use. Small back garden and seating. The main bedroom has two arm chairs- one is folding so can be moved around easily, dining area, Sky TV with built in DVD player, and clothes rail. The dining table is extendable. Four dining chairs are available. Plenty of interesting books and games are on a big set of shelves. The second bedroom / lounge has a double bed, two arm chairs, Sky tv, and clothes rail. Storage space under the bed. The bed is a wall bed and can be lifted to creat a large lounge. Arm chairs can be brought in from the main bedroom. 24 hour free parking close by. Guests can unload before parking. The host’s ( Mandy’s) husband, teenage daughter live upstairs, on the second landing. We share hall and front door with guests.
