The Broad Cove Sea House- ocean front home

Our beautiful ocean front house has private beach and sea deck which boasts spectacular ocean side views. Swimming in the ocean, beach walks, hikes and birdwatching are just some of the many activities you can enjoy from the lovely large property. This well equipped and stylish farmhouse is perfect for a family, sm. group/retreat. Very close to Lunenberg, Mahone Bay and the Lahave Islands for fabulous day trips or afternoon excursions. We look forward to sharing our home with you! The space Broad Cove Sea home is located on Nova Scotia's beautiful south shore along the scenic lighthouse route. You will love the community and the natural beauty. Stop for ice cream and groceries at the well equipped Petite Riviere General Store, delicious lunch and dinners at the nearby Osprey's Nest Public House and steps away is the Broad Cove Cafe for home made baked goods and coffee. Many beautiful beaches nearby including Crescent Beach and the Broad Cove Sandy beach can be seen from the property and is a short walk along the beach. The home is 80 years old, maintaining many of the original features. It has a fully equipped kitchen including a gas stove, full size fridge, microwave, cookware and BBQ. The house has a smart TV and Wifi. Guest access Guests will have access to the main floor and the second level. The basement is off limits to guests. Other things to note We are passionate about our community and our hope is that you also fall in love with the house and Broad Cove area. We want you to enjoy our home and have a wonderful experience in Broad Cove. Please respect our home as much as we do. We endeavour to use all natural cleaners and are working hard to be environmentally conscious- recycling is a must. No parties or unregistered guests will be permitted. Please be respectful of our neighbours .Number of guests must be disclosed upon booking. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, including washing all used dishes, taking out the garbage(leave in wooden bin). Please do not use the fireplace in the living room. Patio canopy must be treated gently. When opening please do not over tighten, close in high winds, do not roll up when wet. If wet on your departure leave open and the cleaner will close it.
