Other things to note Our home is 3kms and an easy 5-minute drive into Colac's CBD and less than 2kms to the Colac Showgrounds. In Colac's CBD - you can enjoy the beautiful botanical gardens, the many cafes, hotels and restaurants or you can try a leisurely 30 min walk or 10 min bike ride along the lake down the hill from the house into central Colac. There is also a great meal and quality wines - 15 mins down the road at the Beaac Farmers Arms Hotel.
