All rooms are equipped with electronic shutters and heating regulators. In addition, 500 Mbit fiber optic internet is available in the apartment, which can be used in every room via Wi-Fi and in some places also via LAN. In the living room, there is a 75-inch OLED TV with 5.1 sound system, cozy sofa and coffee table. In addition, various streaming services are available. In the bedroom, there is a workstation with two monitors and a webcam. The wardrobe can be used and the bed is particularly long at 180 x 220 cm In the kitchen, there is a high-quality fully automatic coffee machine, which you can use to prepare delicious coffee crema. A fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher are also provided. An oven, kettle, microwave and induction cooker are also available. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, rain shower and a washing machine. The apartment is ideal for 1-3 people. Upon request, I can also provide an air bed so that a maximum of 4 people can sleep in the apartment. Other things to note No pets allowed in the apartment as there is a pet allergy. The apartment may only be entered by persons who were specified or registered at the time of booking. Other people are also not allowed to go into the apartment for a short time, "e.g. just for a coffee." This is for liability reasons and transparency. However, additional guests can be registered in advance. It is not allowed to take commercial photos or videos in the apartment.
