Bright & spacious MIL with private entrance & parking. Enjoy the western view towards Puget Sound & watch the sunset from the peaceful Adirondack chairs in the backyard. Pamper yourself in the soaking tub, watch something on the smartTV with all the apps, snack on some provided munchies, & rest up in the memory foam bed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but central to West Seattle, Burien, White Center, SeaTac, & 15 min to downtown Seattle. Please note we do live upstairs, you will hear us! The space Spacious yet inviting and homely, we've turned our first floor/basement level into a well-equipped guest suite. The kitchenette has a fridge stocked with essentials, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate, knives, cutting board, and more. Want coffee? We have drip, pour over, or Nespresso, plus a milk frother. Work from the desk, set up under a window, lounge on the down-filled couch, or relax in the soaking tub or standing rain shower. The house has central heat and air, plus an extra heater in the fireplace for your comfort. You'll park right outside your door, so no shlepping luggage far or dealing with stairs. Please note, our living room & kitchen are above you, so you will likely hear us during the day (mostly our young kids at breakfast and dinner time). While we are a pet friendly listing with no pet fees, we do ask that you not leave your pet unattended, or that if you need to leave them for a short time, you ensure that they do not bark while you are gone. For our safety and yours, there is a ring camera outside the entrance to the unit. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire suite, as well as shared access to the backyard. Other things to note This is a Mother-in-law unit so it is the downstairs of our home! We live upstairs with our 2 young kids, cats, and dogs. Our living room and kitchen are above the unit, so you will sometimes hear us upstairs during the day, especially at breakfast and dinnertime, but little if at all at night. Please do not leave dogs unattended if they bark when left alone.
