Welcome to our cozy suite, perfect for families with kids. We have a crib, baby bath, and high chair, along with toys. We have a separate Airbnb upstairs (please be reasonably quiet for them!). Conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown SLC, it comes with private laundry, entrance, and parking spot. We expect you and the other guests to be respectful of each other at all times. Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am. Because it is a shared home, we control the temperature to ensure everybody has a comfortable experience. We can modify the temperature at a moment's notice. Feel free to use the provided portable heaters, but please keep them on the LOW ("1") setting. Using them on HIGH ("2") may trip a fuse. You are welcome to use the backyard and playground. The shed and patio storage is off limits. The sofa converts to a bed, with extra linens and blankets available upon request. We charge extra for a fifth guest. Our laundry room has hampers and a countertop to help you easily do laundry. Laundry detergent, drier sheets, hampers, and a folding countertop will help you get ready for the day. We keep cleaning materials in the cabinets (to keep away from children for safety). First aid kit is located in the bathroom wall mirrored cabinet above the toilet. Guest access Your entrance is in the back. Enter the white gate, circle around the patio, and descend about six stairs. Other things to note We have no tolerance for smoking or vaping inside the property. We have alarms set to notify us of recreational smoking. Fines start at $150.
