NOTE: fans blow out warm air in a clockwise direction and suck cool air in thru the screens in a counterclockwise direction. :) PLEASE only use the windows for ventilation, not the door as to avoid mice-type critters from gaining access. I have a very hard time killing things and never use poison. This would be true also for the garage, please don't leave the doors open. The back French door closes nicely on its own, you don't even have to push. The master bedroom has 2 walk-in closets and one has 2 entries the other has a safe. The Master bathroom has a large shower with a light, an inset shelf, a bench, and 2 shower heads. The master also has a sitting area for a bit of peace and an opportunity to communicate with your loved one. The other 2 bedrooms share the Hall bath and it has significant storage, cabinet space and mirrors are designed to give you views from all angles. The 1/2 bath is off the great room and includes a washer and dryer, loads of natural light and 4 fixtures making visibility easy any time. The dream kitchen has a breakfast bar, an island, and everything necessary for having a fine dining experience. The living room is the most relaxing room with two fully reclining chairs, and a lovely little desk to catch up on the day or work but this space is best to spend with a really good book close to the beautiful stone fireplace. Guest access Entire house and yard. Other things to note Avoid using abrasives on the antique stove, copper hood or on the granite countertops throughout the house. ALSO there is a gate in the garage that we can assist you in setting up to keep you from having to worry about possible accidents in the Living room with the wood floors. :) Please feel free to leave windows open to enjoy the pond sound and circulate cool air in the evening, but please keep the door shut.
