The studio is located in a residential, family-oriented neighborhood, on the ground floor of a classic Victorian building, has a private entrance and is well protected from street noise. School-age children reside in the majority of nearby homes. The studio offers a reality window into family life in San Francisco, and is ideal for those coming to visit family, work, or to explore the City. If the sound of children playing outdoors annoys you or if you intend to keep late hours in party-mode, this may not be the right space for you. The garden adjacent to the studio is fully enclosed with wood fencing, offering privacy, safety and security. We maintain it generally less than perfectly manicured, providing a haven for small animals, birds and pets to touch grass. We offer a pleasant outdoor patio space for our guests to enjoy stay, and we do not provide garden access. We reside on the property full-time and do not generally offer self check-in, preferring to meet our guests in person to ensure a smooth check-in and reliable communication during your stay.
