Spacious house in Blythburgh

This is our family home in a cute village of Blythburgh, that I'm renting out for the summer when we're away. This is a totally functional, spacious and carefully decorated detached house with 3 bedrooms, separate kitchen, dining room and a living room. It accommodates max 3 adults and/or 2 kids, but is perfect for a family and is not suitable for a group of adults (as the bunk bed is better suited for kids). The space On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and a dining room. There are 2 entrances to the house, the main one from the street and another one through the kitchen directly from the back garden. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs (some bedrooms maybe locked depending on occupancy) and a very spacious family bathroom with a walk in shower. In the parking area there is space for 2 cars. You will only share the parking area with the annex to the house. You will have your own fenced garden with garden furniture. Guest access We are a pet friendly house (having 2 dogs of our own) but dogs are only allowed inside the house in the dining room and kitchen area. They are not to be allowed to the living room nor upstairs (with recently carpeted floor). Thank you so much for your consideration. Other things to note Please note this house is a family home with personal belongings left behind, and not merely a holiday let. Please note depending on the occupancy, we will be locking the additional bedroom(s). Please also note the house is right next to A12 so the traffic can be heard inside the house.
