We carefully balanced the charm of a farmhouse and its timber framing with modern comfort. Enjoy your stay with family, children and friends. The former threshing floor and stables have been transformed into exclusive living areas and an excellent spa. To help you feel right at home and completely comfortable, we have a STRICT shoe free policy throughout the house. We provide slippers and ask for your cooperation so that guests who come after you can also feel at home. The house is divided into a living and sleeping area and a wellness living and sleeping area and extends over 4 floors and more than 300 sqm. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen with a large solid dining table. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with an oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer compartments, microwave, Nespresso machine and electric kettle. To offer our guests the best tap water we have also installed a reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen. Cutlery, crockery, kitchen towels, sponges and basic ingredients for tasty meals such as salt, pepper, oil and kitchen utensils are provided. For our little guests we also provide safe children s tableware. Also on the ground floor there is a guest toilet and a BOSCH washing machine and dryer which you are of course welcome to use. We always make sure there is enough detergent available for you. On the first floor you will find our living working and sleeping area with an 86 inch Smart TV including Netflix. The exposed timber creates a very cozy atmosphere for relaxing with your loved ones. Adjacent is the work and reading room with a desk and a chaise lounge. With our retro modern turntable you can play your favorite songs from your phone and make your stay unforgettable. Next door is our large bathroom with a beautiful bathtub and a spacious walk in rain shower. On the second floor is the bedroom. We used a lot of wood here to give you a cabin like feeling. A king size bed 160 cm and two single beds 90 cm provide restful sleep for 4 people. For our very small guests we also have a travel cot available. On the top floor you will find our Oriental room. In this room you can enjoy time with friends and family away from everyday life. A Smart TV and a comfortable arrangement of floor cushions invite you to relax. You can also sleep on the cozy floor mattresses. If you tell us before arrival we will provide bedding for those mattresses. Across the hall and slightly away from the bustle is our final bedroom with a small balcony and a king size bed 160 cm as a separate unit. Two people can relax here in comfort. In the spa half of the house we have converted the cow shed on the ground floor into a billiard and changing room. Here you can play billiards or prepare for your spa visit. The spa area was formerly used exclusively for agricultural and animal purposes until our conversion. We kept as much wood and timber framing as possible and combined history with wellness. In the spa you have access to a sauna with an herbal bath function. Whether you prefer a Finnish sauna at 90 degrees or a herbal steam bath at 60 degrees is up to you. After the sauna you can cool off with our ice cold water using the Kneipp hose. For an authentic hamam experience we installed marble water basins made especially in Anatolia. We provide typical peshtemal towels and of course historical scoops. The hamam is not a steam bath. A wooden bridge leads you to the swim spa 22°C and an exceptional whirlpool. The swim spa with counter current is just over 4 m long and more than 2.2 m wide. Both pools are heated and available year round. The whirlpool can accommodate 4 people and you can watch your favorite shows on Netflix on the Smart TV. Right next to the swim spa you can relax in our lounge area and walk barefoot on our artificial turf to stimulate your feet. Adjacent is a small fitness area where you can follow your workout on the cross trainer and rowing machine. The entire house is equipped with very fast DSL wifi and is available exclusively to our guests. The entire spa area is private and completely not overlooked. You have the whole property to yourself. Feel at home. Guest access You can use all rooms except for the basement room and our storage room. The entire house is only available to them. You can park your vehicle directly at home. Either directly in front of the house entrance door (up to 2 cars) or directly to the left of the house on the house wall (1 vehicle). In the house, you have 100% privacy. The spa area is not visible from the outside.
