The Bearded Lady-Artist's Home, Fully Fenced Yard

A large yet homey 1880s build with potential around every corner. Large yard (with a fence!) and dog friendly. Located in the center of the universe, the beautiful Finger Lakes region of Upstate NY. The space Situated at the corner in a tiny neighborhood, this property occupies an expansive lot, featuring a fully fenced yard area. The home itself exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, adorned with homemade quilts, handcrafted artwork, and personal embellishments throughout. Upon arrival, ascend the steps to a charming coffee porch, where the sweet chirping of birds and the gentle awakening of the town beckon you to linger for hours. Enter through the spacious and lively "living" room adorned with over 25 thriving houseplants, with the master bedroom located to the left, boasting a king-sized bed and convenient access to the laundry room. The first floor also includes a bright kitchen and a quaint dining area. Upstairs you'll discover the second bedroom to your left, furnished with a queen-sized bed. To the right lies a multifunctional art/office/reading room leading to a dressing area adorned with an antique vanity. Beyond lies the third bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed. With bedrooms positioned at opposite ends of the home, there's ample space for privacy throughout. I aimed to cultivate a comfortable ambiance, eschewing the sterile feel of new construction in favor of preserving the timeless charm of my home. Expect a clean environment complemented by plush sofas, an abundance of flourishing houseplants, original hardwood floors, and a welcoming setting ideal for gathering with loved ones. I’ve poured my heart and soul into my first home and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Guest access Guests have full access to the living areas of my home and large yard. Guests do not have access to the basement, attic, or detached garage. These are personal spaces. Other things to note I do charge a $75 pet fee. This is for extra cleaning of pet hair and and incidents that may occur. If your pet causes any major damage you will be charged accordingly. PLEASE let me know if your pet has any accidents so that cleaning can be adjusted to provide extra detail to that area. Please keep in mind my home is full of houseplants, some toxic and some not. I have done my best to prop any toxic plants up high as to deter 4 legged friends from coming into contact with them. This does not mean plants low to the ground are safe for consumption. Please keep an eye on your dog at all times to avoid upset tummys. I also live in family/pet friendly neighborhood. That means you may see a neighbor walking their dog or friendly chickens perusing through the yard. There is also plenty of wildlife that come and go through the property. If your animal has any issues with birds, rabbits, squirrels, chickens, chipmunks, other dogs, cats, etc. this may not be the place for you as you will see these critters. While I do have a fenced in back yard, it is not a privacy fence so many things are visible.
