Front desk available 24/7. The space Welcome to our spacious, quiet, and cozy suite with a loft-style room spanning 30 square meters. The suite features a king bed and an all-in-one living room, dining room, and kitchenette. Each room includes a private bathroom and essential amenities for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Our suites are equipped with a private bathroom, smart TV with local cable and Netflix, closet, safe, air conditioning, electric water heater, electric stove with two burners, and free Wi-Fi. Please note that the room is located on the third level, and we do not have an elevator. In the 1960s, our grandmother Adela and our father Franklin built this building on Calle El Conde and opened a furniture and decorations store named Casa Adefra, a name derived from their initials. In 2019, our family began renovating the building to create a shopping mall and nine suites and loft-style apartments. We retained the name Casa Adefra to honor the building’s rich history and original roots. Guest access Upon arrival, a staff member will welcome you and assist with check-in. You’ll enter your room using a code sent the day before. Inside your room, you'll find a token, which you will use to access the building. Other things to note BREAKFAST: We are pleased to offer two delightful breakfast options, served on the terrace from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Room service is available for an additional cost: 1. Classic Breakfast: Eggs, bacon, bread, choice of coffee, juice, or tea. 2. Healthy Breakfast: Fruit plate, yogurt, choice of coffee, juice, or tea.
