Relaxing vacation house 5 min from the beach!!!

This is a wonderful 2/1 vacation rental only 5 min drive or 2.5 miles from the beach. You will find a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom and also a full washer and dryer. We are located in a very quiet and safe community. The property is only 3 houses down from a dead end street which means virtually zero traffic. You will enjoy the comfortable beds and couch and will be able to relax while enjoying your stay. Vero has many fine restaurants and a great downtown. Other things to note We want you to enjoy your stay and please follow the house rules. No smoking or vaping of any substance in or on the property. No smoking marijuana in or on the property even if you show proof of a medical marijuana certificate. No uninvited guests without approval from the host. No parties. Do not dismantle the smoke alarm for any reason. Do not lower the A/C to below 72 degrees. Do not keep the doors open while A/C is on. Any of these rules that are not follow will cause the guest to be removed from the property without any refund.
