The cottage offers a comfortable base for exploring the historic town of Petworth, the beautiful Sussex countryside.and is an ideal base for attending the many events at the Goodwood Estate.The property is situated in the middle of the town, conveniently backing on to the carpark. A small selection of books and board games are also available . The house has 2 bedrooms , One Kingsize and one Double . Both beds have mattress toppers , soft feather and down pillows and 400 thread count bed linen . In the unlikely event that you are cold ,An extra blanket is available in each room. The bathroom has been carefully designed to fit the space , and has a powerful shower, but no bath . There is garden furniture to lounge on , and a small table and chairs to dine outside . The garden room has electricity and has a table and benches to either dine at , or can be used as a separate work space . Guest access All areas of the property are available and entirely yours for your stay . Other things to note The Property has a steep staircase . I would not recommend the property to anyone who is elderly or has mobility difficulties . The property would not be suitable for toddlers and children under 8
