Admire the gorgeous scenery, head to local attractions and discover other traditions that make the region come alive. We are 20 minutes from Saratoga Springs and SPAC. Hiking, horseback riding, biking, walking trails and dining all close by. Or just set out on our 21 acres of woods and trails or grab a glass of wine and a book and sit on the edge of our ponds! The space 21 acres of woods, open fields, wildlife, 2 ponds on opposite ends of the house, great sunrise and sunset views. The entire apartment is new (just completed August 2022) including all appliances, living areas, bathroom with shower. The apartment includes a private second floor deck, private entrance and an area to store your clothes and luggage. Guest access In addition to the apartment, there are outdoor seating areas around one of our ponds, walking trails on our property, horse farms with for hire lessons and riding adjacent to our land and biking trails nearby. Other things to note The Saratoga Racecourse season for thoroughbred horse racing is open from mid July through Labor Day, the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) runs from May through September. Hiking, biking, horseback riding, county fairs, drive in movies, stock car racing, lakes, rivers, fishing, boating & awesome golf courses are all nearby. We still have dates open, but they are going quickly!
