The Indianapolis Propylaeum is a Victorian Mansion dating back to 1890. Located minutes from downtown Indianapolis, the mansion features 6 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and several shared open spaces, expanding over three floors and 16,000 square feet. Each room has a different layout, but all feature antique furniture, detailed architecture, and a history beyond belief. The Propylaeum is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization, so booking a stay with us helps move forward our mission. Book with us! The space The Indianapolis Propylaeum hosts several groups, members, and events regularly. Your stay is inclusive of the entire second & third stories of the Mansion which features several private rooms and bathrooms (details below). On the first floor, you will have unlimited access to the Dining Room & Tea Room whereas the Club & Music Parlor are reserved for private events as needed. Event guests are limited to the first floor of the Mansion to protect the privacy of all Overnight Guests. Each private guest room also features a deadbolt lock for added security. · 2nd Floor, Room #1- Master Suite and Sitting room- King bed with full bath and bathtub · 2nd Floor, Room #3- The Green Room- Two twin beds with full bath and original bathtub · 2nd Floor, Room #2-The Pink Room- King Bed with full bath and shower · 2nd Floor, Room #4- The Blue Room- Double Bed with full bath and shower · 3rd Floor, Room #5- Guest Bedroom- two twin beds with non-adjacent full bathroom and bathtub · 3rd Floor, Room #6- Guest Bedroom- Double bed and two twin beds with full bath and shower This property also includes free on-site parking, a microwave & full fridge access. Check-in is 4pm or later, Check-out is 10am. Guest access Our parking includes 45 free on-site parking spots. We are located 1.2 miles from Monument Circle in the heart of downtown. Our mansion is nestled in the Old Northside, described as "a neighborhood with classic charm with an urban edge, making it one of Downtown's most sought after addresses". With over 10 coffee shops & cafes within 1 mile from the mansion, as well as many local breweries and distilleries nearby, this is the perfect location for your stay. Guests will have a door code to come and go from the Mansion with ease as well as a key to their individual room(s).
