License: PCC-001342 Registration: ESFCTU000008020000418966000000000000000PCC-001342-709 The space The house, 420 m2, has 6 spacious double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 3 toilets, a full kitchen that opens with a sliding glass door to the large dining room, and 2 living rooms, one with a fireplace and the other with a TV and projector with a large screen. All rooms face outwards and have views. It has Wi-Fi, a terrace, a barbecue, and a garden with a newly remodeled private pool. At the house's doors, there is ample parking space. There is a barbecue area, as well as outdoor tables and chairs. Other things to note The house has spectacular mountain views from the garden, as if it were in the middle of the countryside, although it enjoys all the comforts of being located in the highest part of Guardiola de Berguedà, a three-minute walk from the town hall and the church. The village has supermarkets, bakeries, a tobacco shop, shops, and restaurants, as well as various services such as a large swimming pool open in summer, banks, a Primary Care Center, and a fruit and vegetable market on Saturday mornings. Enjoy the charming garden and its pool: prepare a good meal on the island of the elegant kitchen or on the barbecue and serve it outside, in the shade of the huge fir tree. The house has a dining room with a table for 14 people and a large living room with a fireplace. All rooms are perfectly decorated. Have a coffee on the first floor terrace from where you can take in stunning views of the garden, the village, and the rest of the valley. On the top floor, attic and with wooden beams, you will find a large room with sofas, with a projector and large screen for a large group of people. The village's location is ideal for various nature activities. From the house itself you can start multiple hiking or cycling routes for all tastes. Our favorite is the Camí del Nicolau, which connects with the medieval village of Bagà and continues to the Sant Joan de l'Avellanet hermitage. In summer, swimming in the rivers and their small waterfalls is fantastic, and in winter, the house is just 25 minutes from the Masella ski slopes. A ten-minute walk away is the fabulous Romanesque monastery of Sant Llorenç, from the 11th century, where on summer weekends concerts and aperitifs with live music are held in a wonderful setting. In autumn, Berguedà is the perfect place to go mushroom foraging, and they can be found by venturing into the forest and nearby meadows. There are adventure activities such as quad rides and zip lines near the village.
