The space **Please Ensure to have correct Guest Count to get accurate pricing** Three of the king rooms have private decks with spectacular gulf views from which to watch the sun rise and listen to the crashing waves of the Gulf. The fourth has its own kitchenette and living area where you may unwind or enjoy a morning coffee. At your disposal are two bunk rooms, one with a foosball table, xbox & video games, Pacman arcade and other activities to keep the younger ones occupied at home. If they want to get out and about, in the neighborhood, there is a swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, and basketball court just down a few houses. There is plenty of space for family and friends to congregate around the open living, dining, and kitchen area. Alternatively, take advantage of the propane grills to barbecue. End your day relaxing outdoors, napping in the hammock while listening to sounds from the gulf. This community is close to all the local amenities that Destin has to offer from local attractions, shopping, dining and entertainment. Layout of the Home First Floor: Features a game room with 2 bunk beds each featuring a twin over a full (accommodating 6 people). There is full-size washing machine on the main level for easy access to all of your damp clothes from beach activities. The floor contains a complete bathroom with tub/shower combination. The next room is the King Bedroom, which has a full-sized living area with a full kitchen. The exterior includes an outdoor private shower, lounging areas, a hammock to unwind in, games to play and picnic table. Second Floor: This level includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, coffee bar and a convenient breakfast bar. The kitchen has enough plates to prepare meals at home. The living room, dining area, and large private balcony with propane grill and gulf views are the ideal location for everyone to gather. The main level offers a King bedroom with its own private terrace offering views of the sea. This floor also features a bathroom with a stand-alone shower. Third Floor: The upper floor of the house features two king bed master suites. The first king master suite includes its own gas fireplace and expansive private balcony with views of the sea. The second king master suite has two decks on which to watch both the gulf or the sunrise. Bunk room with full over full (accommodating 4) has its own private bathroom. There is no need to carry laundry down because this floor has its own set of washer and dryer for your convenience.
