Coeur de Fitou: Atypical village house

Spend pleasant moments in my pretty house in the heart of the wine village of Fitou. Guests will enjoy a friendly and comfortable living room and a sheltered terrace with barbecue to extend the summer . The plus: the relaxation area on a hanging net...:-) The space The accommodation is suitable for 4 people . It consists of a double bed in 140x190 and two single beds in 90x190 The house is ideal to accommodate young children, there are safety barriers at every level and everything you need to play is available (toys, books, park, umbrella beds, sunbed, high chair, baby carrier)... Other things to note The village of Fitou is a charming and peaceful wine village, pleasant in all seasons. You will find some amenities (boulangerie, restaurants, supermarket). From the house you have access to beautiful walks or hiking departures. Kite-surfing beach and spots are within 10 minutes . In order to avoid any abuse of consumption, an electricity rate of 10 KW/person/day is included in the rate. Beyond that, the additional KW will be charged at the height of 20 hectares. A meter reading will be made at check-in and check-out. Thank you for your understanding. The fireplace is functional, wood and cleaning of the fireplace remains your responsibility. We can provide you with wooden bags at the price of 15€ per bag of 25dm3. If the fireplace or barbecue is not cleaned by you, a supplement of €30 will be applied.
