Our home is close to Green Hill Pond, Charlestown & Green Hill Beaches; Theatre by the Sea, Charlestown Flea Market, Matunuck Oyster Bar, Watch Hill, the Block Island Ferry & more!. You’ll love our home because of its easy access to the beaches & all the shops & cafe's of Wakefield, Charlestown & Narragansett! Close to everything! All new furniture, sleeps up to 10. Plenty of room to BBQ on the outside deck. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, families with kids. New AC in 2017! The space We are a non Smoking home, pet friendly, with all new furniture, fully applianced kitchen, gas BBQ, out door shower, firepit with pergola, cable & internet & more! Washer/dryer located in lower level; there is a dishwasher in kitchen. Please bring your own towels! There are pillows in the bedroom closets! New AC in 2017! Close to everything! Guest access Cottage Beach Pass to SK Town Beach. Close proximity to Green Hill Pond Beach, of which the property is part of the association. There is kayak & boat access from GHP. Also close to Charlestown & Green Hill Beaches. Within 15 minutes of the Narragansett Beaches! Access to property is via lockbox located in back yard on door to outside shower. Code will be forwarded 15 minutes prior to check-in. Other things to note We are a non Smoking home! Washer/dryer is located in the lower level; dishwasher in the kitchen. Soap is provided for both. There are basic cleaning supplies in the cabinets. There are some Beach towels in the closet outside upstairs bathroom. Pillows are in bedroom closets. Please provide your own towels. There is 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 3 bunk beds (twins over fulls) & 1 pull out sofa bed. Please run washer/dryer, or dishwasher, when leaving, if necessary. Propane gas BBQ is located on deck. Outside shower located in back of house.
