Other things to note ** Note: as of 1/1/2024 the HOA has implemented a $10 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $10/night. You will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded. The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made. Linens We Provide and initial set of linens for the stay.
