Renovated home, quiet, established neighborhood. Perfect for solo travelers, pairs of friends or couples- no pets, children or infants. Registered guests only on this property. Walk to grocery, drugstore, coffee, fast food and dine in restaurants, banks and gas. 3.5 miles from I-64/I-75; within 5 miles of Bluegrass airport, Keeneland, KY Horse Park, Rupp Arena/downtown, distillery district, hiking and biking trails. Guest space has own entrance, and is separate and independent of host's space. The space Guests enter their own space from back porch through their own keypad entry. Guest space is separated by a hallway and locked doors from host's space. Guests have 2 bedrooms, with one bedroom located on the main floor just off of the back porch. An adjacent bathroom is located in the hallway just outside the bedroom. The second bedroom is in the basement, to the left at the base of the steps. To the right, at the bottom of the steps, is a large living room and kitchenette. All guests share the same main floor bathroom. Guests do not share any living space with the host. The only areas shared are the outdoor spaces, when the host is outside doing yard work and maintaining the pool and property. Guest access Guests access a main floor bedroom with queen bed. This room is the room just off of the porch in which you will enter. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet which contains a mini fridge and microwave. In addition, there is a coffee/tea station in the bedroom, as well as 2 LaZboy chairs and a table for using as a work station. Downstairs, to the left in the basement, is a bedroom with queen bed, made private with a sliding door. To the right, at the bottom of the steps is a living room area. Adjacent to the living room area is a kitchenette, with microwave and full refrigerator/freezer. There is another coffee/tea station in the kitchenette and a 5 gallon spring water dispenser. Guests may utilize the outdoor chairs and tables in the backyard, as well as the porch swing and rocker on the front porch of the house. Pool use is available to adult guests during the months of June-September from 7am-10pm. Other things to note I have severe allergies, as does my family. Pet dander is an issue for me, so this is why I do not host guests with pets. As for not hosting families with children and infants, I do not wish to endanger anyone. My pool is in a fenced backyard; however there is no fence around the pool. Guest access is in the back of the home near the pool. I do not wish to open myself up to the liability, if a child were to get into the pool unsupervised.
