It includes a large rooftop swimming pool, rooftop barbeque area, gym, grocery store, community park and 24-hour security. With an open plan living space, this studio can fit up to 2 adults or a family of 3 comfortably. It offers a modern Super King Size bed and sofa bed complete with WIFI and smart T.V. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal. We've designed it to offer our guests the utmost convenience and comfort. It also includes a washing machine. As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens, towels and amenities are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. You also have a private car parking space and there is a large supermarket also within walking distance as well as other useful shops. The famous FIVE Hotel JVC can be found 10 mins drive away which offers a large variety of bars and restaurants. Park One faces a community park and has direct access to Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. There is some construction around the building, which may cause some minor noise during working hours.
