Location is everything and this beautiful condo could not be better located in the heart of Toronto's entertainment and financial district. It's a sports lover's dream with the Scotiabank Arena literally connected to the building and the Rogers Centre only 400 meters away for all the exciting Leafs/Raptors/Jays games, and countless concerts and shows! The space Wake to sun filed views of Lake Ontario from the full length floor to ceiling windows before soaking in the views with a freshly ground coffee on the huge balcony. The entire condo is tastefully decorated throughout with ample storage for any duration of stay. Relax on the furnished balcony that runs the full length of the condo before enjoying dinner on the high table to take advantage of the views. After a long day of exploring, attending a conference or taking in the Leafs, Raptors or Jays game, unwind on the comfortable sectional sofa before climbing in to the crisp, white sheets of the welcoming bed and dream of doing it all again tomorrow. If you are travelling as a group, the sectional sofa also opens out in to a full double size bed. Other things to note We like to think we have thought of almost everything to make your stay as comfortable, productive, fun and memorable as possible. Among amenities available to you in the condo are; - Ultra high speed 1Gb Internet connection - both WiFi and wired if required - A dedicated work area - Fresh coffee beans, burr grinder and espresso machine - Modern, mood lighting in the bedroom - Netflix, Amazon Prime streaming services (user account required) - All necessary (and some probably unnecessary!) kitchen appliances and utensils - Hair dryer - Steamer for clothes (Iron and Ironing board available on request but we find the steamer to be more efficient and a space saver!) - In-unit washer and dryer - Toiletries including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, cotton swabs/pads The building is directly connected to the Scotiabank Arena as well as the PATH system, providing covered access to Union Station and continuing underground to all the main downtown locations including the Eaton Centre for your retail therapy. The ground floor of the building houses 3 bar / restaurants including the city's top sports bar - Real Sports. There is also an LCBO and a full sized Longos supermarket for anything you require - all without having to set foot outside. If you require parking, the building has an underground parking garage with daily rate of $30-$35. This is a residential building with mostly long-term residents. No parties or gatherings allowed and noise must be kept to a minimum. Please respectfully note that while children are welcome to stay with us, our apartment is not set up for children, especially infants, and no additional provisions have been made to host children. The second bed in the apartment is a very comfortable, convertible sofa bed in the living area but please note that, by it's nature, is not as spacious as the main Queen sized bed in the bedroom. It is perfectly suited and comfortable for one adult or two children, but 2 full sized adults may find it a bit tight for more than a couple of nights. A late check-out can be accommodated subject to availability and at an additional cost of $50 per hour. Please note that all forms of smoking are strictly prohibited by building management in all areas of the building including apartments and balconies. This applies to all residents and guests both long and short term. It really is a big deal as there have been numerous balcony fires in Toronto condos attributed to cigarette butts. Any guest reported to be smoking during their stay will be immediately evicted with no refund and a $500 fine and cleaning fee will be applied. If any evidence of smoking is discovered after check-out the $500 fine and cleaning fee will also be applied. This is purely a safety issue and in line with building regulations. If guests must smoke they may only do so outside the building, on the street and at least 9 meters (30 feet) away from the building. Please also note that all guests are required by building management to fill out a short building registration form and provide copies of ID before check-in. We will send the form to guests on provision of an email address, and check-in information will be provided on receipt of completed form and ID to comply with building regulations.
