For any local travel needs outside of Ames, our community gives you convenient access to the US-30. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This unit contains a smoke detector and NoiseAware device. As a friendly reminder, smoking in your unit, common areas, or on any of the apartment grounds is strictly prohibited; doing so may result in an inability for us to continue hosting you along with an additional cleaning fee of $250. Early check-in and late check outs may be available by request and upon availability. Please contact our guest services team to see if we will be able to accommodate your request at a rate of $5 per hour for early check in and $15 per hour for late check-out. Security Deposit of $250 must be paid prior to check-in. Please be informed that there's a $5 mandatory resort fee and 3.3% credit card processing fee for the entire transaction amount.
