Seagull cottage is a recently renovated period, two bedroom cottage, tastefully redecorated whilst maintaining it's quaint features. It’s a secret hideaway just perfect for that peaceful break away, you won’t believe you are in the centre of the town, yet a short walk to the main beach and Esplanade, and an even shorter walk to the shops and restaurants. With sunny outdoor spaces to the front and rear it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy. We can also provide discounted ferry travel on booking. The space The Cottage was recently renovated and redecorated throughout with the prime intention of offering holiday lets. The property sits in a pretty rank of Victorian cottages away from the hustle and bustle of the town yet within easy walking distance of everything you need for a perfect holiday. Entering from the front door you will find a cosy sitting room with woodburner. To the rear is a kitchen/dining room equipped with everything you will need for your stay, utility room with washing machine, a lovely newly fitted downstairs shower room and upstairs two bedrooms one with kingsize bed and the other has two full size single beds. Also in the front bedroom you will find a foldaway desk and chair so if some catching up on work is needed you can do so with view of the Down in the back ground ! To the front and rear of the cottage there are sunny courtyard gardens complete with outside furniture, perfect for enjoying the morning or evening sun. Guest access You have full access to the cottage and front and rear courtyards Other things to note Seagull Cottage is off the main road but there are both domestic residents and holiday makers in the cottages in our little row so please be considerate with noise after 10pm and before 9am.
