The kitchen embraces the quietness of the "wild sea” with custom granite counters and custom shaker style cabinetry and Kitchen Aid appliances. Dining with ocean views is an everyday treat in the kitchen's breakfast nook. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of stainless pots & pans, utensils, and dishes. There is room for your food too. Visit Cambria's Farmers' market every Friday and grab all the ingredients you need to make your favorite dish or a local seafood stew or head up to Hearst Ranch Winery and grab some 100% grass-fed Hearst Ranch Beef and grill away on the gas Weber BBQ. Two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms offer single level living. One opens to the front deck with a direct view to Moonstone Beach. This room and has two queen beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed and double french doors that open to the back deck and hot tub. Both rooms include large closets with a shelf for your suitcases and hanging room too. All bed linens are with 100% luxury cotton. The bathrooms are stocked with the essentials including all cotton bath towels. Be sure to open a window before bedtime to fall asleep to sounds of the sea. Outside expansive decking surrounds the home in front and back and offers great spaces for entertainment, including a hot tub off the back deck. Situated in Park Hill, very close to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve with miles of trails along the coast and through the forest, and Shamel Park immediately adjacent to Moonstone Beach. You’ll have access to the garage for parking one car. Clean, well maintained, and cared for, Serendipity by the Sea is ready for your family and friends to enjoy and make your own memories. Guest access Access to all outdoor areas and all indoor first level areas. The upper level over the garage is locked off from the remainder of the house and not available to guests. Access to the garage for one car and for laundry, beach chairs and toys, and the gas bbq (of course please roll out in driveway to use). Other things to note There is a min stay of 7 days and max of 60 days. Pre-approval and acceptance of all terms is required. The upstairs portion of the home is completely locked off from the downstairs and is not available to guests.
