A large Victorian house in Eccles with five double bedrooms, and every one has its own en suite. Sleeps 10. Off road parking for 3 cars or vans, a private garden, fast wifi, washing machine and dishwasher. The top floor room has its own entrance and a roll top bath. Five minutes' walk to Eccles station, 8 minutes by train to Manchester. Close to Salford Royal, MediaCity, the Trafford Centre and Old Trafford. Built for work crews and families. Bedroom 2: double bed, en suite, bay window with a sofa, a TV that rises from the foot of the bed plus a wall TV. Bedroom 3, front of the house: double bed, en suite, TV, dressing table. Bedroom 4, back of the house over the garden: double bed, en suite, TV. Bedroom 5, top floor: double bed, its own entrance, and its own bathroom with a roll top bath. Wardrobe, dressing table, wall TV. Fresh linen and towels are provided. KITCHEN Open plan and fully equipped, with cooker, hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, and patio doors out to the garden. The dining table seats 6. LOUNGE A large corner sofa seating 10, with a TV with Netflix and Freeview. A second front door leads straight out to the car park. LAUNDRY Washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. GARDEN A private, low maintenance garden with artificial grass and a patio with seating. PARKING Off road parking at the front for 3 cars or vans. Free parking in the bays on the main road from 4pm to midnight. Guest access The whole house is yours. Check in any time after 4pm with the lockbox. We live on the street, so if anything goes wrong we can be there in a minute. GETTING AROUND Eccles station is a five minute walk, and the train takes about 8 minutes into Manchester. The tram stop is close by too. The M602 is at the bottom of the lane, so the M60 and the motorway network are minutes away. Nearby: Salford Royal hospital, MediaCity, the Trafford Centre, Old Trafford, Chill Factore, and Monton village for bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Other things to note WORKING IN MANCHESTER? Five workers, five double rooms, five bathrooms, and parking for three vans. No queue for the shower at 6am. There are no twin rooms, so everyone gets a room of their own.
