The space The villa is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is the kitchen, the dining room, the study, a bathroom with shower, a living room, a double bedroom with private bathroom, a laundry room, an ironing room, a storage room and a warehouse. On the first floor, there are four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a beautiful veranda. Come and discover the beauty of Villa Luigia. Guest access You are welcome to explore all areas of my home, from the large garden to the spacious kitchen, from the dining room to the cozy living room. You can enjoy the entire property, including the 5 bedrooms and spacious bathrooms, for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Feel free to take a refreshing walk in the garden or organize a barbecue with friends. The house is yours, and you can enjoy every space as if it were your own. The villa is also accessible to the elderly and disabled. Other things to note We inform you that the heating of the water and radiators of our property is powered by a modern pellet stove, which guarantees maximum comfort and respect for the environment. In addition, for long-term stays, we will make sure that the pellet bags are always available in the boiler room, so you do not have to worry about anything. We are also happy to offer extra cleaning, laundry and ironing services to make your stay even more comfortable. In addition, upon request, we are able to arrange transfers to/from the airport or places of interest, to ensure a stress-free and unforgettable experience.
