Guest access All our guests enjoy full access to the condominium’s exceptional shared facilities, including: Adult and children’s swimming pools with a relaxing jacuzzi Children’s playground for fun and safe play Fully equipped gym (sauna not available in all properties) Surau for our Muslim guests Reading lounge for quiet relaxation Other things to note HOUSE RULES :- 1. Strictly no shoes in the house 2. Strictly no smoking in the house (additional cleaning fee will be charged to your account if the house smells cigarette ) 3. Strictly no pets/animals in the house 4. Strictly no drugs in the house 5. Strictly no party in the house. 6. Strictly no deep frying in the house. (Only light cooking allowed). 7. Switch off Aircond and all electrical appliance when not using them. 8. We would be grateful if you could remove the trash/rubbish from the unit, to avoid roaches in the house. (not mandatory) 9. Please ensure to take all your belongings with you before checking out. As part of security requirements, you will be required to provide your ID (Malaysian/Singaporean NRIC), driving license or International passport. (Mandatory). Check In details will only be provided once you share your ID. Host is not responsible if Check-In details are not furnished.
