Located in MarinaView Heights estates, close to the dam. You can spend time on the water, at the dock in the private marina or enjoying the tranquil setting around the cabin. The deck overlooks the forest in back. You can use the private marina w/ access to the launch ramp, boat slip and picnic areas. This is one of the best houses for easy access with only 2 steps to the front door with a bedroom & bathroom on the ground floor. Driveway & garage is accessible to all vehicles w/ electrical You will have full use of the BBQ and gas fire pit. Garage space is usually available for parking if one car. You will have the entire property to yourself plus access to the private Marina w/ picnic area, boat launch and dock slip. I will be available to assist with all questions within reasonable hours and should be able to reply to requests within the hour. Wildlife is everywhere. Deer, turkeys, raccoons, bears and even mountain lions. Please secure all food, ice chests, and trash. The boat slip in the marina is a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk. Boat trailer parking is available on the driveway or in front of the house. There are two steps to enter the house. One bedroom & bathroom is downstairs for those that have difficulty with stairs. We are in a high fire risk area. Please do not bring fire pits, or BBQ boxes that could emit a spark. We already have both there that burn propane for fire safety.
