This is one of the best houses for easy access with only 2 steps to the front door with a bedroom & bathroom on the ground floor. Driveway & garage is accessible to all vehicles w/ electrical The space You will have full use of the BBQ and gas fire pit. Garage space is available for parking one car. Lots of parking in the driveway and in front of the house. This is one of the best in the area for adequate parking for cars/trucks and boat trailers. Warning: Go with others and you might be parking down the street. Guest access You will have the entire property to yourself plus access to the private Marina w/ picnic area, boat launch and dock slip. Other things to note We are in a high fire risk area. Please do not bring fire pits, or BBQ boxes that could emit a spark. We already have both there that burn propane for fire safety. Madera County prohibits wood burning fire pits and BBQ's.
