Guest access Guests have access to the entire property pool (mid may-mid oct), tennis/basketball court, and gardens. We do host other guests on the property so we ask that our visitors respect each others privacy except in shared recreational spaces. Additionally, we live on the edge of a forever wild forest, so you can hike right outside your door where you will find deer, fox, bunnies, turkeys and more! Other things to note Thank you for considering our accommodations for your stay. We understand that traveling with pets can be a wonderful experience, and we are honored to host well-behaved dogs at our property. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have a few guidelines in place. Firstly, please make sure to inform us at the time of booking that you will be traveling with your dog. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats on the property. There is a $150 weekly per dog, per stay fee to cover any additional cleaning or maintenance required. We kindly ask that you supervise your dog(s) at all times to prevent any disturbances and to ensure the safety of both your pet and other guests. For the safety of your dog(s) and our guests, please keep your pet leashed whenever outside of your room and on UpLand property. This will help us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone. In the event that the room requires deep cleaning following the stay of your pet, there will be a $250 fee in addition to any Airbnb insurance charges. This includes additional cleaning for any traces of mud, urine, or feces in the room. While we do our best to accommodate all guests, if your dog disturbs other guests, we may have to refuse to continue accommodating your pet. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter. Additionally, you agree to defend and indemnify UpLand for any injuries, damages, or loss of revenue caused by your pet. This may include offering discounts to other guests to address any complaints regarding your pet.
