Shops and all amenities are at walking distance. 4 Identical bedrooms all en-suite, bigger dining area, spacious kitchen and an extra toilet. Furnished to meet all basic needs. The space Front yard Enter from the road into the front yard with a car porch. There is ample space for parking a 3 to 4 cars. This area has a mango tree. You can take if there are fruits on them. Front sit out Just before the main door is the sit out area. There is a long bench with back support, ideal for a group chat :) Lounge Enter the main door into the Lounge area. Here you have an 8 seater spacious sofa with a coffee table. The big partition cupboad in the middle of the hall has a TV. Its a smart TV with internet connected. Dining Walk from the Lounge area into the Dining area. Here you have a 10 seat dining table. There is a hand wash near the stairs and a toilet under the stairs Main Kitchen Enter into the Kitchen from the Dining area. Its a modern modular kitchen with plenty of storage. There is a double door fridge with freezer. Next to the fridge is a dishwasher. On the kitchen top there is a microwave oven too. The cooking range is a unit combined with stove hobs and oven. Turn on the switch before using them. The cupboards have plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. Please take good care of them Small Kitchen Walk from the main kitchen into the small kitchen. This also has a stove top, sink and storage. We usually do all the spicy cooking here with the windows open and the exhausts on Bedroom 1 Enter from the lounge into bedroom 1. Its has an en suite bath and toilet and plenty of cupboards. This room has a air conditioner. Bedroom 2 Enter from the lounge into bedroom 2. Its has an en suite bath and toilet and plenty of cupboards. This room has a air conditioner. Bedroom 3 Enter from the lounge into bedroom 1. Its has an en suite bath and toilet and plenty of cupboards. This room has a air conditioner. This room also have an additional table with iron box. Bedroom 4 Enter from the dining area into bedroom 4. Its has an en suite bath and toilet and plenty of cupboards. This room has a air conditioner. This room has a additional almirah cupboard. The top half is locked for storage. The bottom half can be used if required. Terrace area The terrace area is covered with truss roof. Here there is a washing machine and space for drying clothes. Staircase Storage Under the stair case is a storage with doors. All cleaning accessories are stored here. There is also a chirava (coconut shredder) if you need to use them Bedrooms are labelled with room numbers. The keys are in the key hole behind the door. Room 1 key is in the bed side table. All cupboards have a key on them. Please leave them locked all the time. Please do not remove the keys to avoid the risk of losing them or misplacing them Guest access Guest have access to all areas. Some cupboards are locked and labelled as store. The outdoor toilet and store room are also locked. Please let us know if its useful to you and we can look into opening them up for you. Other things to note If you need a cleaner, driver, car hire, cook etc, please let us know, we will try to organise it for you Please dont move the coffee table in the lounge area. The glass table is just resting on the stand, they are not attached. So moving them is not easy. Please mind the environment and avoid wasting electricity. Normal use is included in the price. Excessive consumption of power, gas and water will be charged to the guest. When you face to the property, on the right side, there is a patch of land with a well. This can be used if need be. DO NOT remove any plants. On the left side corner of this land there is a waste fill area. Dump food waste and any general waste here. Please try to recycle bigger plastic, cardboard boxes, metal, glass bottles etc. There is a rubbish shop nearby. If you leave them near the outside store, we will organise to dispose them. Front yard can accomodate 3 to 4 cars easily. Please do not drive into the side of the house as there are tanks underneath.
