Sparky’s on The Lake

Come and reignite the flame, relax & rejuvenate at Sparky’s on the lake. Our manufactured home has been fully renovated in 2022. There is a fully stocked kitchen, private deck for relaxing, private dock to watch the sunsets or fish. Close to Downtown, Winter Park & the Zoo. Snowmobile trails are across the road, and ice fishing just a few steps away. Lake Patricia is a private, clean, electric motor lake, loaded with fish. (No private boat launch.) Kayaks, paddle boat are available to. you. The space Sparky’s is a cozy space with beautiful views from the kitchen and deck. It is 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with full washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen along with living room, it also has a cozy breezeway that has a queen futon, small table and chairs, and electric fireplace with a a place to hang your coats. It has a large dock to hang out on, or launch a kayak, fish or soak up the sun. You can also hear music some summer nights from Norwood Pines just across the lake. Guest access You will have full access to Sparky’s with the exception of a small storage space in the main bedroom Other things to note There is a fire ring for your use to enjoy, please plan to bring your own wood. There are also 3 kayaks, stand up paddle boards and a paddle boat for your use. You will have full use of our private dock to relax and enjoy the sunset or fish from.
