The Chelsea - mountaintop chalet (ski-in/out) Luxurious and spacious mountain retreat perfect for ski vacations or warm-weather getaways. Enjoy sweeping views of the Catskills from the hot tub on the wraparound deck or from the living room as you relax by the fireplace. This mountain retreat has everything you need for a fabulous break any time of year. The house has a large well equipped modern kitchen with an island (seats 6) and a dining table (seats 10) from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Windham mountain, its trails, and the Catskills mountain range. On the balcony, you’ll find a grill, a smoker, plus a hot tub (seats 6). Downstairs, relax and watch a movie or enjoy the convertible pool/ping pong table in the large leisure room. There’s also an office with a large desk off the kitchen. Four of the six bedrooms have en suite bathrooms which lets you sleep 12 people comfortably (there is also an additional sofa bed in the leisure room). The backyard has a portable fire pit and chairs for easy s’more’s adventures with a view. All you need to bring is yourself to relax and enjoy this spectacular space. Guest access The entire house is open to you, complete with high-speed internet and use of a two-car garage with additional parking on the property. Other things to note During the spring, summer, and fall months there are hiking trails, walking paths, and bike trails only steps away from the house. The home is located near the top of the mountain and is part of the Windham Home Owners Association. The majority of the homes are families. Getting around will require a car.
