The space The apartment has 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning and a 40" Smart TV (in the living room) and a private bathroom. Dining room for 6 with black marble top and ironwork base, living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with basic utensils, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator and electric grill. It also has a nice balcony. Guest access The common areas are shared, Pools located in the recreation area, sauna, steam, pool located in the rooftop area, amphitheater and campfire area. A gym is available in the condo from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Other things to note Tulum is a rapidly growing city, therefore many of the basic services such as water, electricity, electricity and internet, can be reduced at times since these are controlled by government companies which are outside of us.
