Glass doors and windows line the entire wall, so there are no obstructed views from inside of the kitchen/livingroom. The open kitchen with large dining table flows into the living room with recliners and will host this beautiful sunrise/sunset view. The bathroom has a new, stand-in tub/shower combo & fan/heat light. The one bedroom has a comfy king size bed, an electric fireplace, 42" TV and cooling ceiling fan. The kitchen has new cabinets/ granite countertops, new stainless dishwasher and oven/microwave and K-Cup Keurig to enjoy a cup of coffee while relaxing to this wonderful lake view! The condo decor vibe is "Modern Farmhouse/Boho Style". Guest access The boardwalk is a wonderful way to access the Farr Shores pool, or just take a nice walk along the lake. The tennis court/basketball court is within walking distance, and enjoy running/walking the beautiful streets around the condos for some great exercise! FYI, This is an upper level condo, so there are stairs leading to it. Parking is directly outside the condo. Parking spot is 10E (visitor parking is also available nearby.) Other things to note *The lake will be lowered by 5 feet on Nov 1 and will affect the water view, somewhat. (It will refill on March 1. ) All bookings require 2 night minimum. Couples ONLY please.
