Welcome to Knus Veluwe! “Knus” means cuddling in Danish – and you will experience that feeling here immediately. The atmospheric and stylish cottage, with an eye for design and comfort, is the perfect place to relax together, get out into nature, or simply work quietly during a workcation. My name is Jorien, and I extend a warm welcome to you in this lovely cottage in the Veluwe. Whether you come alone or with your partner, family, friends, or dog – you will feel right at home here. The space The cottage is modern and warmly furnished with a subtle sense of design. The graphite-colored kitchen offers a luxurious look and is fully equipped with built-in appliances, a Nespresso machine, milk frother, and kettle. Naturally, a complete kitchen inventory is provided, including children's tableware. The living room features a warm wood-look floor and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchair, TV, and a cozy dining area. Perfect for long evenings of dining or relaxing after a day outdoors. There are two bedrooms, both equipped with comfortable box-spring beds, reading lamps, an open wardrobe, and a mirror – ideal for couples as well as families or groups of friends. Outside, you can enjoy the tranquility on the veranda or the atmospheric terrace with lighting – a lovely place to sit together, even on balmy summer evenings. Comfort & Sustainability The tiny house is sustainably built with an eye for detail. Thanks to underfloor heating and good insulation, it is comfortable here all year round – even in winter. The garden was designed by Studio May&June and blends beautifully with the natural surroundings, featuring a playful and green appearance. Location Knus Veluwe is situated on a small-scale holiday park, surrounded by nature. You can easily walk or cycle to beautiful areas such as the Tongeren Estate and the Wisselse Veen. On the park grounds, you will find a playground and a cozy forest house for a bite to eat and a drink. Right next to the entrance is a pancake restaurant – always a hit with young and old. Guest access The cottage, the garden, and the parking space are entirely at your disposal. Check-in is flexible; upon request, the key will be waiting for you in a key safe. Upon arrival, a welcome pack awaits you containing basic necessities such as coffee, tea, oil, sugar, pepper, salt, and dishwasher tablets. The beds are already made for you – your holiday can start immediately.
