The place is walking distance from the main entrance with a free parking space just right in front of the house. The space It is a detached guest room downstairs mainly made of glass windows & door with a separate entrance & own full bathroom. Furnished with a queen size bed, split AC, electric fan, smart TV with the convenience of free wifi from the main house, mini fridge, electric kettle, wardrobe, shoe rack & table lamp. It has a covered patio with an outdoor furnitures to sit & relax while enjoying the quietness of the area with a relaxing ambience of the garden view. Guest access Covered Patio with furnitures including main outdoor table set, swing & coffee table. There is a community pool available right across the street from the house where you will pay extra amount to the community management . Also the community has a jogging space to walk around & a basketball court for recreation.(you can bring your own basketball!) Please note that the seasonal mango tree fruit in the yard is exclusive for the owner. TY! Other things to note This place is very suitable for single person to maximum of 2 with additional fee of P300 to stay overnight without the hassle of paying expensive hotels and accommodations. Also the place can offer short term stay for vacation or from job related assignment in the nearby areas upon agreement.
