Our beautifully landscaped & wooded lot provides a peaceful setting to relax while visiting the area. Cedar Cottage is conveniently located near the airport, 4-H Center, grocery, pharmacy, & a variety of restaurants & shops. NO PARTIES allowed. 2 day reservations allowed upon specific request and owner’s approval. Rental agreement must be signed & dated to finalize reservation. The space Cedar Cottage has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms located on 2 levels with over 3,100 square feet of living space. The main level features the master bedroom with king bed & attached master bath, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, den with recliner and work area, living room with gas fireplace and smart tv, open concept kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceilings, sun room, and a 2nd full bathroom. You'll love the main floor's charming details including original 1935 hardwood floors, 3 sets of glass french doors, skylights, and the beamed vaulted ceilings over the kitchen/dining room. The basement level has 3rd bedroom with king bed, 4th bedroom with queen bed, and 5th bedroom* with queen bed. All bedrooms are spacious and have doors to close for privacy. The basement also features a 3rd full bath, laundry, and living room. *5th bedroom does have low head clearance at the entrance, but would work great for anyone under 5'7". Cedar cottage is situated on about 3/4 acre with gorgeous landscaping and mature trees. Enjoy a meal outside on the patio, while the kids play in the fenced in back yard.
