The unit is located on the 1st floor, just steps away from the amazing pool! Inside you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable couch, 2 TV's with Prime Video, a desk, a BBQ, beach gear, a few weights, bands and mats, games, books, 2 amazing king-size beds and black out shades in case you like to sleep in. Both bathrooms have been stocked with basic necessities, and each shower has an amazing spa-like shower filter. Laundry is also available for a fee. Please keep in mind this is a pet friendly complex with lots of furry friends, so ear plugs will be provided *just in case* you happen to hear them. Confirmed guests will have full access to the entire condo, as well as 1 parking stall in the covered parking area directly below the unit labeled (T8-1A). You can also enjoy all the amenities available within the complex, including the pool, lounge chairs, bbq, dining areas, outdoor shower and bathrooms. Located in a beautiful neighbourhood just outside of the gates to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort and Quivira Golf Club, on the immaculately maintained road to Paraíso Escondido Beach. There are multiple hikes walking distance from the complex, including Cerro de la Z, which is right across the street. Take a short 5 minute walk down via de Lerry, turn right, and you will find a Pharmacy, Baja Market, Mobil Gas Station, Tacos, and a small Food Park at La Verbena Mercadito just a little further down towards the Marina, with Mexican, Sushi, Crepes and BBQ. The Marina and the downtown core are just a 5-7 minute drive (or a 25 minute walk) away. Uber and Taxi is are the most common forms of transportation in Los Cabos for visitors. Please note that excessive water use during your stay may incur an additional cost should a water truck need to be called.
