The entire house and yard are yours to enjoy. The driveway has space to park your boat, and an outlet to charge your golf cart. Located about a 18 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the beach in a quiet residential area. Beach boardwalk available nearby on 9th or walk to Veteran's Park on the Sound. Open floor plan with recliner sofa and loveseat, kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer. The dryer was replaced in August 2023. Wifi is provided. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom TV with Roku Streaming in living room Master bedroom has queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. New mattress March 2023. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with TV with built in DVD player. Bedroom 3 queen size bed and floor twin mattress. TV with Roku streaming. Hallway bathroom. Height adjustable desk with office chair available in living room. Plenty of parking space, even space for a boat. Outside outlet for charging golf cart is available. Other things to note - This house has 14 steps. - We provide 4 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll paper towel. - We provide bed linens and bath towels. - Minimum age to rent is 21 years old. - We DO NOT provide beach towels. - STRICTLY NO SMOKING or VAPING ALLOWED inside or outside of the premises. - No Pets allowed. - No Parties - All Guests need to counted for on the reservation. The whole house is yours during your stay use anything in the house. Check in is 4pm or after. Check out is at 10am. There are two owner's closets and a storage area under the house that are not available for use. I will be available by Airbnb messaging. Quiet neighborhood street. Walk to 9th East and then down the street to boardwalk which takes you directly to beach. You can also walk to the sound. Veteran's Park is nearby with a boardwalk and view of the sound. Oak Island has multiple beach access points with paid parking. The closest beach access with parking is 2nd and 5th Street West, and 3rd and 5th East. A car is needed to get to the grocery store although a convenience store is on Middleton in walking distance. Plenty of paved parking at the cottage. No smoking on property. No pets allowed. No parties. Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. This is a quiet residential area
