Our comfortable apartment is close to the capital of cutlery Thiers and the St Rémy sur Durolle lake, it will allow you to discover Puy de Dôme and the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park. Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC. The space With independent street access, the property is located in the former offices of a cutlery factory.
