The place is a few steps away from museums, historic buildings. Communication with the rest of the city is unparalleled and very easy: two blocks from the MetroBus line that takes you directly to the airport, two blocks from the Metro Allende, one block from the Teatro de la Ciudad, and a few steps from bars. There are so many places to eat or drink that the hard part will be choosing. A mini supermarket nearby and a 7-Eleven 100 meters away. Three blocks from Madero - the main and busiest avenue in the Center - just ten minutes away and after a beautiful walk you will arrive at the Zócalo, with its majestic colonial palaces and the magnificent Cathedral. Before booking, you should consider that it is a neighborhood, so we are not allowed to make drastic changes outside the accommodation and you will find a very well-kept, clean space and above all that the neighbors are also in their home, which we cannot control several aspects external to our accommodation, such as the neighbor having a dog that barks when we enter, or that the neighbor next door to the accommodation rarely has music until late at night and some other noises, which I can tell you that when you enter the accommodation, you enter a place full of peace and quiet. The accommodation does not have a kitchen, a small area was adapted with an icebox or minibar, a microwave, a coffee maker, 4 cups, 4 glasses, 4 spoons🥄, 4 forks, 4 sugar spoons and other cutlery. We don't have any more kitchen utensils, but in the area you can buy an endless variety of prepared foods of all kinds. The apartment has 2 double beds for up to 4 people and 2 single mattresses can be added for up to 6 occupants (maximum guests) — Accommodation Rules and Important Notes. EVERYTHING is in the LISTING DESCRIPTION Guests should wash the dishes and leave everything in its place, as well as put their garbage in garbage bags and notify for collection. For long stays longer than two weeks, you must consider the mandatory weekly cleaning fee of $200 pesos in cash. This service includes cleaning the bathroom, cleaning floors, changing sheets, and providing clean towels. If more advanced or more frequent cleaning is required, the rate must be agreed in advance. If your reservation is from Thursday to Saturday or includes any of these days, I reiterate that our accommodation is above a nightclub “El MARRA” so from Thursday to Saturday there is A LOT OF NOISE until 3:00 am (it is the time when the place closes) and there are other apartments in the building and circumstances beyond our control that may have noise until later and we cannot do anything since they are in their home, in short the place or the area is of constant party, I repeat the nightclub opens from Thursday to Saturday, what happens outside we cannot control. Note: Our guests have a courtesy to enter “Al MARRA” we only ask you to tell me what day you would like to attend and write their names in the app. In Mexico City, the water supply to the 💦 building is intermittent, a situation that is completely beyond our control. Since our space is low-cost, what we did to counteract this situation was to place a 100-liter gallon of water for a quick shower (a bucket, a light heater and tray) and for the toilet🚽… we know it's not the best, but it's what we can do while this situation is resolved, we ask you to consider it before booking. 🏠 Our accommodation is a private space, you don't share it with anyone, when you book it only you use it. It has a full bathroom, that is, with a toilet (🚽) and shower (🚿). The price includes only 2 guests in one bed and the main bed (double) is made, the second bed (double, single or sofa bed), is not prepared. Also, if we detect upon your departure that there are signs or traces that you smoked, there will be an extra charge that we will request through Airbnb with the evidence that the app requests. Extra charge: 500 pesos If keys are lost, you 🔑 must request a duplicate and pay to replace the main lock for an amount of $500 Mexican pesos. Making duplicates of the keys is strictly forbidden. If you do so, you must pay for the replacement of the lock without exception. 🧾If you require an invoice, please let us know at the time of booking. It is also important to tell you that we invoice the amount we receive from Airbnb, that is, the part proportional to the payment you made on the platform, the rest must be requested directly from Airbnb. We require you to submit your full tax information. We send the invoice 10 days after the reservation ends. Water, electricity and internet services are provided by suppliers, so cuts without notice are beyond our control Extras and Additional Costs: For long stays longer than two weeks, the guest must consider an additional weekly payment of 200 Mexican pesos in mandatory cash for cleaning, which includes changing towels and sheets, and general cleaning. Extra roll of toilet paper $50 Mexican pesos Sugar, coffee and salt in the accommodation are complimentary In the event that the reservation is for other people, other than the titular guest, the titular guest must ask the host before booking whether or not the reservation is possible and the host must accept in writing before the reservation is confirmed and this does not exempt the TITULAR guest who booked that he is responsible for the entire accommodation and must immediately send the official identifications of his country by image in the App and telephone numbers to contact them and in the event that there is any damage he must cover it, in the event that he does not notify of this activity before booking, the hosts are not obliged to receive anyone. All appliances are in good condition and working perfectly. Upon arrival, please check them. When leaving the apartment, always make sure all water outlets are closed and the lights are off. The cable internet service is provided by an external provider so we cannot be responsible for its optimal operation. Water service is provided by an external provider (CONAGUA) so we cannot be responsible for its optimal operation. — Last but not least, you should consider before booking that the building where we have our accommodation is home to several people besides us and we cannot control what they do.
