The space *K4.06 is one of six thoughtfully designed apartments on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. *This 45 sqm apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. *The separate bedroom includes a double bed, dedicated workspace, and city views. *The open-plan kitchen and dining area includes an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and even a washing machine — perfect for longer stays or guests who enjoy cooking. *The living room features a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, along with a second A/C unit for added comfort. *The modern bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. *Step out onto the semi-outdoor balcony to enjoy your coffee while overlooking Thessaloniki’s ancient walls. *With two A/C units (one in the bedroom and one in the living area), the apartment stays cool and comfortable throughout your stay. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire studio apartment. You will also have access to the shared laundry facilities located in the communal hallway on the 4th floor. The building is equipped with an elevator for easy access to your apartment. For your convenience, we offer flexible check-in options. We can meet you in person to welcome you and hand over the keys, or, if needed, we can provide access to the building and apartment via a keyless entry system. Either way, we’re always available via message or phone to assist with any questions or provide local tips throughout your stay. Other things to note The apartment is located in an authentic neighborhood full of local charm — and just a 3-minute walk from the “Dimokratias” metro station, offering quick and easy access to the rest of Thessaloniki by public transport. In a short distance someone can also find many bus stops,making it really easy to get around the city. A paid parking is provided in a close distance, with a daily cost of 15€, more information regarding this will be sent upon booking your stay. There is fiber internet connection, offering a high download and upload speed. In accordance with Greek law, we are required to register your stay, so we will need the passport or ID number of the person who made the reservation. Airport transfers to and from the apartment can also be arranged in advance. Quiet hours apply from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30 to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
